TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The following are the rules, guidelines, and agreements between the service provider (“Relevance Varsity”) and the users of the service.

Relevance Varsity reserves the right to refuse any exchange of merchandise. A valid explanation of complaint must be e-mailed to Relevance Varsity at support@relevancevarsity.com within 5 business days from receipt of shipment. 

All returns/exchanges are subject to approval, and will be video recorded for documentation of the condition of the item(s) received. Items must be in their original packaging with tags attached in order to complete your return/exchange. Any item with signs of use (e.g., odor, hair, discoloration, pilling, dirt, glitter, other damage) will not be eligible for store credit, and the item will be returned to you. If the items do not meet these return standards, you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping back to you.

If the product is deemed unsatisfactory by Relevance Varsity staff, an exchange will be made or store credit will be issued.

Custom embroidered products are not eligible for return or exchange. Products that do not have custom embroidery are eligible for store credit. Relevance Varsity does not issue refunds. 

All international orders are final sale.

All orders are shipped via United States Postal Service. Inspect your package for damage upon delivery. If damage is noted, notify the delivery agent immediately. In case of shipping damages, notify the shipper immediately.

Since conditions of use of Relevance Varsity products are outside of our control, the user/customer assumes all responsibility of the material(s) being used. Relevance Varsity makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and assumes no liability in connection with any use of Relevance Varsity product.

It is critical that you check your shipping address prior to finalizing your order. We require an accurate billing name, address, phone number, shipping name, and email address. If we cannot contact you about a problem with your order, then your order will not be processed in a timely manner.

Credit card fraud and theft of Relevance Varsity merchandise will be prosecuted.
